If you become a KC Nexus Properties LLC patient through telemedicine or tele-mental health services, any Personal Information you provide, as well as health-related information, will be subject to the affiliates’ joint Notice of Privacy Practices and not this Privacy Policy.

We do not share, sell, lend, or lease any information that uniquely identifies a subscriber (such as email addresses or personal details) with anyone except to the extent it is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested.

Sponsor Organizations
If an organization such as your employer, university, or health plan is paying for access to KC Nexus Properties LLC services on your behalf, you may need to provide additional registration information to confirm eligibility. This information may include your name, email address, date of birth, and phone number. The information is required to confirm program or benefit eligibility and prevent insurance and benefit fraud. Your Sponsor Organization or the subscriber of your benefits will not be provided with this information if you have already given them similar information in your employee file or record, unless you are a family member of an eligible employee.
